A collector’s apartment in the Khamovniki residential complex, near Leo Tolstoy’s house. The project  by Dmitry and Tatiana HoroshevyI of Lighthouse Projects has been developed keeping a contemporary and comfortable style always taking into consideration the needs of customers who are passionate about art and antique furniture. In fact, the owners own an important collection of Twentieth Century Russian Paintings and several antique pieces inherited from the family. The apartment of 220 square meters is a sort of art gallery with 36 works even contemporary, exposed on walls of a refined white colour in order to enhance them. The harmony of the spaces has been given thanks to the study of the furnishings through libraries and showcases of the Progetta collection made to measure, in addition to the wise contamination of design products. Among the distinctive elements there are the large windows that go down to the floor and the construction of a new fireplace in the living area enclosed in a library of the Progetta program.
